Vagaro Online Booking

Instructions:

To maximize productivity for all clients, I request that everyone try to book their appointments on the bookends of my availability. Also, please book all desired services (for example: Partial Blonding Package, Add on Color Retouch, Add on Maintenance cut) If the service is not booked, I will not have time to add it on.

Approval process:

Once client requests booking, I will have to approve the service and time. If the booking does not meet the requirements, it will be denied, and alternative options will be offered.

Policies:

If an appointment is canceled within 24 hours prior to the appointment time a Fee of 50% of the services that were booked will be required to rebook.  If an appointment is canceled or missed the day of the appointment a Fee of 100% of the services that were booked will be required to rebook. I know life happens but unfortunately, with such short notice, I am unable to fill the space.
